How to use: In light flick motions, start at 1cm from the front of your brow and flick up in diagonal motions towards your arch. Then repeat from the top of your arch out to the tip. Brush in to fade the pencil in any areas that are darker than you would like. Set with Uptown Brow Gel for the ultimate fluffy groomed brow.
